This design, and subsequent planning consent, is enabling a centre of excellence to double in capacity, and to add training facilities above.
However, it was not always thus. Having struggled to satisfy the planning authority, T Space were appointed as a new broom to review the proposals and resolve the impasse. By addressing the issues and designing to suit, we were able to achieve consent for a scheme nearly three times larger than the rejected version. Is #architecttroubleshooter a thing yet?
