It is always exciting for T-Space to see hoarding erected and our site sign added. It's the culmination of months of work for our team with our clients. One such family are now at this stage with their period Essex home, hence our site sign!

Our brief was to improve the circulation arrangement on all floors by relocating the stairs and extending to the front, side and rear of the building in a traditional aesthetic consistent with the character of this Conservation Area. The extended house will have a double fronted elevation once complete.

The proposed front right-hand bay will extend over two floors be gabled and create a recessed entrance and grander hall for the new staircase. The single storey side extension will extend 0.85m from the existing front line of the garage and a further 1 metre deeper from the rear out building.

Exciting times ahead for this client who is now working with Summit Group Building Company to realise the project on site.
