Our client’s brief was for a large kitchen, dining and lounge area with expansive views over their mature garden, together with new ancillary rooms such as utility and WC.
T-Space’s solution for this grand period home was an elegant addition to the rear marrying the existing main dwelling with the new - both internally and externally. The resulting new structure is a sympathetic nod to the original property. Extensive consideration was afforded the materials palette, design of the apex roof and the placement of the conservation style doors, windows and skylights.
Now sunlight and improved views abound.
