This homeowner’s ambition was welcomed at T-Space. Our brief was clear - to create a refurbished extended home on par with a boutique London hotel.

T-Space’s proposal, together with a rear extension and loft conversion, was a subterranean cinema, family den and swimming pool. The additional space created beneath the existing house and garden resolved the issue of the limited area in which we could extend at ground floor level. Planning restrictions associated with extending above ground such as loss of daylight for neighbours, overlooking and retention of the 45 Degree Rule were not of a concern.
