Our brief was to completely remodel and extend this property, to make the most of its considerable potential. Our clients were looking to create splendid spaces that capitalised on the elevated site and expansive views.
We achieved this by opening up the ground floor to create visually stunning family orientated spaces filled with light. The rear first floor extension gave our clients an opportunity to realise the kind of Master Suite that dreams are made of. But don’t sleep just yet – take a glass of wine and a moment in the bath to appreciate the night sky through the celestial glazing of the En Suite.
Overall we almost doubled their habitable space, from 175m² to 320 m².
