T-Space secures planning consent for substanial new build with basement at a Planning Committee meeting this week.
Our brief is to demolish the existing house, and replace it with a new purpose built dwelling, in a style that is traditional and consistent with the character of the street and wider Conservation Area. The house will be double fronted, similar to other houses on the street.
The house would extend over 4 storeys, which includes the basement and loft floors. Although the replacement house will be larger, visually the house will be of an appropriate scale in relation to the plot and neighbours.
The site’s green character and large front and rear gardens will be preserved where feasible and the quality of the landscaping enhanced further.
We are instructed on the next phase to produce the technical pack we so are excited to get started!
