We spend much of our time looking at other peoples’ homes, so it’s only fair we show you a picture of ours, albeit a spooky one.

It’s known as the Corner House - not as you might assume because it sits proudly on the corner of the High Street and Grove Park, but because it was built for Dr. Corner, the local GP.

The history is long and involved, but suffice to say that we redeveloped the entire building five years ago and restored it to former glories. The ground floor is once again home to Age Concern’s cherished lunch club, while upstairs the 8 offices are occupied by a range of young and scintillating local businesses.
