We are thrilled to announce that the S106 has been agreed and today formal notification of planning consent issued for this mixed use development in east London. This scheme will deliver 18 dwellings within the existing pub and new extension. At ground floor level, the historic bar areas will be left open and visible, preserved for community use as a Business & Training Centre.
