We are out the other side of Pre Application on this scheme with Hertsmere Coucil.  Feedback was positve, so on to the planning submission stage now.

We are excited to be sharing concepts of our inside outside extension. Our client’s brief was an outdoor entertainment space that is undercover and influenced by the Golden Ratio. Our Fibonacci inspired scheme creates a striking infill linking the gap between the east and west rear wings of this period Arts & Crafts house in Hertfordshire. The underside of the proposed Glulam roof structure will deliver the WOW factor and when lit at night will transform into a remarkable area in which to socialise. We are looking forward to the planning process when we will steer our clients through pre-application and eventually planning. Like what you see?
