Invisible from the main roads and partially located in the Green Belt this neglected brownfield site created an opportunity for an open discussion with the local authority about the revitalisation of this land.
T-Space’s proposed 3-storey scheme includes 7 apartments in total. The family homes located on the ground floor benefit from private gardens; the apartments on the upper floors all have large balconies. Additionally, all residents can enjoy a communal garden and where possible green roofs have also been incorporated.
The contemporary design and interesting dynamic shape that is gently incorporated into the grid of the existing buildings looks to enhance and modernise the residential character of the area.
