T-Space New Build

— Work is progressing well!

We were delighted to receive progress images this week from our client.

T-Space’s proposal seeks to deliver a modern interpretation of early 20th century vernacular architecture and which seeks to strengthen the earlier origins of this road located in a Conservation Area.

The planning proposal comprised of the demolition of the existing dwelling and the redevelopment of the site to provide two new 4 x bed semi-detached houses.

Our design takes cues from the existing Edwardian properties on the street and utilises a palette of high quality traditional materials. Further improvements by means of improved landscaping—particularly to the front of the site are included as part of the scheme.

To the rear larger, aluminium framed windows will provide an interesting contrast to the timber sash windows to the front. The windows are tall and provide excellent daylighting to the spaces.
